Ugandan Culture
At Ambrosoli, we believe that it is essential for our children to develop a sense of identity, place and purpose. Children will learn about global awareness and international mindedness throughout IPC Units, PSHE topics and through our school values.
Alongside this, developing awareness and understanding of our host culture and all that Uganda has to offer is an integral part of the children’s identity and appreciation of living in Uganda. Uganda cultural lessons will happen each week, and the children will learn through a developmental curriculum (created by Ambrosoli), including:
- Traditions
- Languages
- Geography
- History
- Dance and Music
- Games, Clothing and Food
