Senior Management Team (SMT)
The School Management Team is responsible for the quality of teaching and learning in the whole school. The Head of the School manages two teams of Senior Leaders in school as well as a team of 74 staff members. The two teams of management consist of a Teaching and Learning team and a Business team.

Emma Norris
My name is Emma Norris, and I am from the UK. I have been the Head of School at Ambrosoli since 2020. However, I have been part of the Ambrosoli community since 2008 as a Kindergarten Teacher, Early Years Manager and Deputy Head of school before taking on the Headship role during the COVID-19 Pandemic. I hold an MA in Early Childhood Education for the London Metropolitan University, a BA(Hons) in Early Childhood Studies with Health Studies from Canterbury Christ Church University and a Diploma in Childcare and Education with Forest School from Bridgwater College. I feel very privileged to lead such a special community school in Uganda and love its forward-looking pedagogy, curriculum and focus on pastoral care and wellbeing. I look forward to welcoming you to our wonderful school.

Jeanette Moores
My Name is Jeanette Moores, I come from Sweden but have lived in Uganda since 1998. I started with Ambrosoli International School in 2005, had a three year gap and came back 2019. I also worked at Scoula Italiana in 1999. I have taught in Key Stage one, Early Years and as a primary music teacher. I have a Bachelor of Education from Malmö Högskola, where I studied from 1993-97. My role as Deputy head of school, is to manage the Early Years and Key Stage one. Ambrosoli has been my home since 2004 when I came here as a parent, I love our community feel, the connection between our teachers and students and our supportive working environment.

Diane Vuletich
Kia ora. I am Diane Vuletich and I come from New Zealand. I have worked as a Year Six teacher at Ambrosoli since 2015 and have been a Deputy Head of School since 2020, focusing on Key Stage Two. Prior to Ambrosoli, I taught for 10 years at an inner city intermediate school in Auckland, firstly as a specialist Textiles and Design teacher, then as a specialist English teacher, and finally as a specialist Math teacher. Before that, I taught in general primary schools in Auckland. I hold a Bachelor of Education (Tchg) degree. Outside of school I like travelling and meeting new people. I also enjoy art, crafts, poetry and music.

Bernice Musoke
My name is Bernice Musoke, and I am the school’s Bursar. I have been at Ambrosoli International School since 2016. I hold a Degree in Business Management Finance from the University of Banglore, India. I bring over 20 years of experience working in Finance of which 10 have been in a school setting, both in Uganda and Tanzania. I am privileged to be a part of the Senior Management Team, where I am part of the Financial and Business Strategic direction in the growth and development of the School. I am proud to be a part of our diverse and vibrant community where our focus and direction is to develop a culture of International Mindedness and create a family environment for all our students.

Kelly Forbes
My name is Kelly Forbes, and I have been working in Ambrosoli since 2018 and have been a parent at Ambrosoli since 2014. I have been living in Uganda since 2001 and feel like this is home. I am the Operations Manager, and I enjoy the amazing Ambrosoli Team as well as working in a diverse community. I am a true believer in the Ambrosoli ethos and have educated both my boys in the school, which I believe wholeheartedly has contributed to the development of their confidence. I am lucky to be part of the Senior Management Team and help direct the school and contribute to its growth.

Ronnie Kalule
My name is Ronnie Kalule and I have been at Ambrosoli since 2004. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Development Studies from Makerere University and attained my teaching qualification from the University of SouthernQueensland in 2008. As a PE teacher and co-curricular coordinator I enjoy working with students in an environment that looks at each learner as an individual and supports them to reach their potential. I am happy to be a part of a school that enables students to archive this goal!
